...See more So I feel like I want to scream what follows from a roof or something but this will have to do. One of my dear friends, who has always been a very happy bubbly loving person, recently told me she thinks she has been battling depression for the last year. my first thoughts were how did I miss this and why does this amazing person have this? But it made me think of all my friends through the years who have battled depression, self harm and suicidal thoughts. And i decided something. It is too many. Too many of my people that have had to battle depression. Too many lives lost to suicide, beyond the celebrities that we are hearing about. And I asked myself and I ask you, how many more before we do something to change this? To stop this? Because no one should have to deal with this.
