...See more I could be having the best day but something triggers me at work and I'm a complete Zombie for the rest of the day and take home that anger and stress. Today was one of those days. I'm short tempered now and like a switch flips, I snap at those that love me the most like I'm trying to bring them down. I don't know how to get my mind out of the funks before coming home...any suggestions?
