Hello! You can call me Hearty. 

I have personal experience with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts, loneliness, bullying, nightmares, dysfunctional family, s**ual harassment, expulsion from school, gender dysphoria, sexuality concerns, overall feelings of worthlessness and failure.

But I'm not here to talk about that (unless you would feel supported this way), I'm here to hold space for you.  

I have ups and downs and I am accepting that I am an ocean. Being happy and being at peace with yourself doesn't mean that everything and everyone is perfect in your life.

You can be happy and still be messy, imperfect, and flawed.
