I have been both a listener and visitor to this website for years and have appreciated all the support it brings.

I am a married woman of 7 years with five cats, Sandshark, Mushroom, Shitakii, Snowmeister, and Suki.

I have been through trauma, and have struggled with eating addiction, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and depression. I live a breath in recovery and struggle to this day. 

My favorite things: The color green, the soft warm belly of a kitty cat, the smell of pine trees, camping, the cold breeze of winter blasting through my car window with the heat-blasted to the max and show tunes (or Irish ballads) turned up driving through the night country roads towards the stars. painting, doodling, singing, writing, cop shows, medical dramas, theater, rock hounding, some good authentic pho, video games, anime (but only good ones) cooking (especially if i don't have to do the dishes)
