I've been a trained listener and have been since Dec 19, 2015. We are trained to listen, address issues you may be dealing with, and working with you to manage the feelings you have regarding your issues in life. I am basically your stepping stones to feeling better. I just listen, I try and avoid giving solid advice since advice can be harmful, however, you may ask my opinion.
