...See more I'm 33m and I am just at a point where I have no hope in life anymore and am absolutely unhappy in every possible way so I figured I would try 'healing' for the nth time due to having a small burst of productivity so I searched on google and found this app and here I am desperate for anything to shatter the shackles that are my routine, habits and depressive thoughts. This is cheesy but I think of it constantly the quote "He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you. - Nietzsche" I feel like I stared too long and fell into the abyss but climbed my way back up to the precipice and never left always on edge never feeling safe or happy. I was abused at a young age by familial figure and I joined this group specifically to seek answers on how it has affected them and how it can manifest as problems in their lives and what solutions they found that helped. I just want answers I have never really confronted this so not really sure on what though. 😕
