...See more I am experiencing anxiety related to work mostly. I just dread going into work every day, I just don't feel relaxed there. I have to talk on the phone most of the day and I am a quiet person, this is a real stretch for me to do this everyday. Most of the time I have a stomach ache because of this anxiety. I wish I didn't have to work, my life would be so much more enjoyable. I rarely talk to anyone all day long, I have social anxiety also. This is just a very uncomfortable place for me to be spending 40 hours a week at. Does anyone have any good resources to get me through this difficult time?
