Hi to the world !
I'm a newbie here, as you can see.
Never felt confortable to describe myself....
I'm discovering 7 cups, seems like a place full of wonderful people, ready to help each other. I didn't know it was still an option in this world !
I'm here mostly because, have some trauma issues, anxiety, depression and relationship stress
Pure facts : going on my 30's (feel depressed about that), French (sorry if I make mistakes), and fostering mum for cats
