Hello! Welcome to 7 Cups of Tea. I may not be a professional therapist but I can surely try to do my best to comfort you and ease your pain. I've had my share of experiences with depression, grief, loneliness and general mental health so I want to help others dealing with such issues and for them to find support, relief and happiness; no matter how little of an amount that may be. Life's like a road that can be really bumpy or slippery to drive on smoothly at times, so lets help each other and provide the love and support we all deserve.
