I'm a born again and practicing Christian that still struggles with depression, and anxiety. God helps me everyday, but connection with likeminds, and helping others that struggle through the lens of my experiences helps me just as much as it helps others I have learned. Never be scared to express your life people. If one lacks courage or experience, just keep pushing through the fears, you'll keep overcoming. Life is a beautiful journey if we want it to be.
