...See more I was just wondering who here has sought professional help from a counsellor/therapist? Did you find it helpful? What would you say is serious enough to warrant professional help?  Thinking about seeking it again as I feel my problems are too severe and embedded to be fixed simply through talking it out. Wanting to hear from listeners really...would you ever suggest someone seek help for a specific issue? Is anything ever too much for you guys to deal with? :( feeling confused.
