Hi there. I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am a trained active listener and I'm here to support people struggling with mental health issues such as Anxiety, Depression or difficulty managing emotions. I enjoy playing bingo, listening to music, reading, watching movies and being creative such as colouring, drawing or writing poetry. At the tender age of just 27, I have overcome many obstacles in life which I believe have made me a good listener and would like to help by listening to you. Today it's one month since I joined 7 cups as a listener.  I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everybody who has made me feel so welcome in the short time that I've been here.
