61 years old. Mother of three grown children. Grandmother of one. I don't know what else to put here, my life identity has always been as a mom and helper. Work in social work field for over 30 years, still do. All my children have their own lives and I am struggling to find my own place in the world again.

...See more Hello ....I have suffered major depression for years now. Tried therapy and medications. Was on three different medications at one point. They didn't make any difference. Went off the meds about a year ago. I work and most days it helps as it gets me out of house. But other than working I don't seem to be able to find the motivation to do anything else. Even taking a shower can be an hours long debate with myself.
