My reason for being here is to have a specs to share the noise in my head, those nagging worries and baseless fears. Other than that, I write novels, work in a call centre and am about to start a PhD in the use of fiction in the treatment of mental health.
I’m a long term sufferer of depression, and had a couple of breakdowns.
