...See more Literally. I was having the worst day. I woke up to a panic attack. I was lonely. No one would be home for hours. Everyone I knew was at work, or busy, or 2000 miles away. I was so desperate I almost did something I never thought I would. I Googled "I need someone to talk to" sort of jokingly, as a last ditch effort. I was crying so hard I could barely see straight. I clicked on the first option, which happened to be 7 Cups of Tea.  I connected with someone from a different country. We talked about my depression, loneliness, feeling of failure. We also talked about my career goals and Sylvia Plath. Afterwards, I felt better than I had in a really, really long time. So, thank you 7 Cups of Tea. And thanks to my listener. You've helped me more than you can ever know.
