Hi there :) I don't have much of a therapist background, but I enjoy listening to others and I try my best to practice compassion throughout my day to day. I've actually been considering changing careers to become a therapist, so I just thought I'd try this for my own learning experience while ideally helping people in the process. I might not be the most qualified, but I'll do my best to give a listening ear! 😊 Just FYI, I don't quite know what issues I'm comfortable providing support in yet, so please be patient with me if I don't always know the right thing to say.
