Hi. As a child, I was psychologically abused. Some of the abuse was physical and sexual. I didn't see myself as a victim and repressed it. It turned out to be the root cause of most problems that unfolded later. I started working on it. I studied the human psyche for years. I think I may have found some kind of psychological basis that acts as a sanctuary: a few techniques that seem to work well.
