...See more I met this friend a while ago and eventually introduced them to my best friend. Things were great with all three of us and then something happened *** to the new friend and now they don’t want to be friends anymore but yet still wanna be friends with my best friend. I obviously can’t control who people are friends with and how they feel but it feels weird. Is this situation weird??

...See more so I (nb 20) met this friend a couple months ago and we became close real quick so I introduced them to my best friend and they also got close and i started to feel left out. Skip to the last few days and the new friend rarely answers me but with text back my friend. I asked if everything was okay and they proceeded to say that things were good they just wanted some space and then I find out that last night when my best friend was supposed to meet her step sister things came up and she didn’t but instead my new friend asked her to go to a concert with her and they both went to the concert while both have been quite with me recently. let me know what you think, am I allowed to be upset?
