I am a wife, mom, and empathic person. I am always open to listening. I have battled my own mental health for years and the number one thing to help was being able to talk when needed. I have the blessing of being able to discuss any topic...I'm not easily embarrassed. So don't feel like you can't be open and honest. Our listening sessions are a safe non-judgmental space!
