Hi, I'm Danielle. I live with Bipolar 1, Aspergers, ADHD, PTSD, Agoraphobia with severe panic attacks, major depressive disorder, Psychophysiological insomnia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and grieving. I take a whole pharmacy of medications lol but they're helping so that is good. I am a newlywed and mother of 3 adult children ages 26, 23 and 19. I have twin grand daughters aged 3. I attend a lot of mental health online support groups that I'm finding some help from. I love my psychiatrist abs all of my therapists. I'm just taking it a day at a time.
