OCD? Advice?

...See more Hey! Okay, so im relatively new to this site. Basically, my friend asked me if i have ever been tested for OCD, which i never really considered before. I mean, I've always associated it with tidyness, and im not a tidy person so i never gave it much thought until she mentioned it to me and i looked more into it. I have certain things that I need to do every single day or i will be very anxious and uncomfortable. So I'll just list them. -get up, make coffee, pace around my house for an hour at minimum -I cannot leave my house without a necklace. I need to grab at it periodically throughout my day. It stressed me out a lot on the very few occasions that I forgot one -this part is a bit embarrassing, but I also have issues with skin picking. I can pick at my skin and scratch at it for hours. I try really hard to stop but I still do it daily. I want to know if I should maybe see a counsler and get tested? Ive done most of this throughout my whole life. As a side note: I have been diagnosed with ADHD and chronic depression. So maybe these explain my behaviors?
