i have ADD, Seasonal Depression, and Mild Anxiety. i've also experienced trauma, however i am open to talking about any of my experiences.
i understand how hard it feels to feel like weight of the world is on your shoulders ! but i promise you that you are not alone, no matter how big or small your situation may be, it still matters. your feelings are valid, as everyone is going to feel things differently and that is okay. i encourage you to speak to a listener, and i commend you for being brave as to do so (especially if it was very difficult for you ! kudos to you, lovely <3). as for me, i am here for you always. do not hesitate to message me !
