I am here to lend an ear, to be a shoulder to cry on and to make new friends who are also going through their own form of problems . I am diagnosed with Bipolar 1, major anxiety and have been diagnosed for 18 years. 

I would love to speak to, help and encourage people, especially young people and teenagers through their mental health path. 

I am a teacher so I work with young adult and kids alike. And I always have a good rapport with them. I was diagnosed when I was 17 years old so I have been through it all!! From medication, shock therapy, lithium, on and off different medication, stays in hospital and residential facilities ; you name it!
