Looking for learning apps

...See more I am looking for suggestions on how to learn drawing on an iPad. I found two apps, one called Sketchbook and the other called SimplyDraw. I haven't tried them yet, but will do so sometime in the near future. I was curious if anyone had other/better suggestions on apps to use for this. I wouldn't mind also taking suggestion on websites as well.
Any benefits to an all-or-nothing anxiety relief method?

...See more I am trying to figure out if consistently suppressing my anxiety would be better or worse than letting it out in a massive dump such that I am basically "blowing off steam". I would like to know what others have experienced in regard to which method has worked better for them as I am sure that each one can have its potential issues / drawbacks. I am aware that it might be even better just to take a balanced approach which I have done before, but even that has provided limited or unsatisfactory results, at least to some finite extent.

...See more I accidentally click on the Finish button for a specific task for my current Path before I actually started the task. Now I don't know how to navigate back to that task which was listening to an eleven-minute audio track. Please let me know how I can get back to that task as I haven't come across a way to do so just yet.
My late encounter with pears & kiwis

...See more It took me way too long to start eating pears and kiwis. I only started eating pears a few years ago (Bartlette pears are the best ones), and I just recently started eating kiwis a couple weeks ago. Both of these are absolutely great in how they taste and are probably fruits that I would have totally ate when I was much younger. I think the main issue is that I wasn't willing to try new foods that I wasn't already used to. Even on my journey towards healthy living, I was unnecessarily concerned about trying certain options that were readily available to me since I might not have know exactly how to prepare them or if I would actually take issue with how they tasted. So I definitely would recommend giving new healthy food options a chance for at least a few attempts before deciding if you really can't or won't want to continue doing so.
Taking the plunge into 7 Cups

...See more Hello all, I have had access to 7 Cups for a while but never considered seriously using it. I decided to give it an earnest shot ever since a few weeks ago, and it has been helping more than I thought it would. My primary area of concern is excess anxiety and worry, though I have made good progress over time on those issues. I still have some more work to do and hope that I can continue in a positive direction with my efforts for the foreseeable future.
