     2024:

Goal this year: create more than I consume. 

Make more art than the one I consume (tv, movies, music)

Make more meals than the ones I consume (take out, going out)

Make more experiences than I consume (social media)

...See more Like the title says....I actually need to lose weight. I have that type of anorexia where I'm not underweight. Haven't been in a good decade. However, I find myself compensating for all the time that I don't eat with extra calories in the one meal I do eat/on good days when I have several meals. This lead to me actually being overweight and I cannot do any diet without it being extremely strict and triggering. Life doesn't let me exercise, so I'm unsure how I'm supposed to get back to a healthy weight again. The most frustrating part is that it's not even a lot, a person without this problem could shed the extra kgs in a couple months. I juts really hate it because it's the heaviest I've ever been, and I want to be able to do this in a healthy and permanent way.
