"Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone." - Fred Rogers
I am a psychology student. I've personally dealt with mental health struggles, and I am planning on going into the field of mental health so I can help and advocate for others experiencing similar struggles. I have two cute little dogs, and I love houseplants, crocheting, reading, knitting, and singing and playing music.
I'm logged in usually in the evenings on weekends and occasionally some weekday evenings Mountain Standard Time, but it would be best to message me to set up a time to talk when we know we are both available. I support mainly PTSD, but I'm also comfortable supporting anxiety, depression, self-harm, managing emotions, panic attacks, etc.
