...See more I'm proud of myself because I did my first oral presentation in front of a group of 19-20 people with social anxiety. My presentation was on a research topic on stigma towards mental illnesses. I told my class that I was diagnosed with social anxiety and how I didn't tell anyone because of stigma and feeling misunderstood (which is why I'm doing my research project on this topic). Before I used to avoid presentations because I can feel myself getting a panic attack and small talk would stress me out because I feared that others will judge me. Then I finally told them about how I started to overcome it by presenting to them for the first time. And everybody clapped. And told me that I'm doing a good job :D I couldn't be more prouder.
