...See more Hi guys! Im just here to maybe find some answers which will help me clear my mind. I know it is all up to me but your experiences might be a help and its nice to read some of your advice or experiences knowing youre not alone with this problem. I wanted to enroll in a therapy session but too expensive. So Ill just give this a try, feel free to reply please. It will be a big help for me! Thank you! So here it goes, Im having a hard time controlling my feelings everytime and I know its toxic behavior and even my partner is telling me that. Im a toxic person. I know it and acknowledge it and is willing to do something about it. But its just so hard to control my feelings and fails everytime. Its so hard to control my feelings everytime. Sometimes Ill just realize it when its done and I became toxic again. I love my partner and is willing to do anything for him but Im really having a hard time. I want to change and be able to control my feelings and to not be toxic anymore. He keeps on reminding me and helping me change for the better but I always fail. This topic might be dumb but again if ever you went through this and surpassed this phase your advice or talking to will really help because I really feel bad. 🙁
