...See more It is awful and painful conflict that you experience when you are depressed because one part of you is telling you that you should get up and find job and live a normal life because life is not that bad and the other part is screaming that life is hopeless and that there is no future for you. And all of that brings horrible sense of guilt

Telling your family about depression

...See more I don't know how to tell my family that I am struggling with depression. I was on therapy and meds before but I didn't tell them cause I didn't want them to worry and I was afraid that they won't understand that someone can feel so low without a real reason. Would you advise me to tell them ? How should I do it?
