Knowing you're in a spiral, yet...not changing

...See more I've been in a spiral for a few days. Each day is a little worse than the last - and I know its mostly self-talk that's driving me down. I know what's bothering me, I know that the talk isn't real, but...I just can't either engage in the right activities to get me back on the right path, or whatever. How can I find a way to get back to normal when all my brain wants is to continue going down the black hole?
