...See more Hi everyone, I’m here seeking support and understanding. My relationship has left me emotionally drained, and I feel stuck in a toxic cycle. My partner is controlling, dismissive of my feelings, and has isolated me from friends. I’ve lost confidence in myself and struggle to focus on my studies. While I want to break free and rebuild my life, I’m afraid of making the wrong decision. Has anyone faced something similar? How do you find the courage to prioritize yourself and heal? Any advice or shared experiences would mean a lot.
