HI there! I'm a 44 year old mother and now a grandmother! It's crazy how fast time flies. I live in Alaska and love the outdoors, though I rarely spend any time out in it at the moment due to multiple issues. I'm also a massive nerd....seriously! I'm a computer gamer, a role playing gamer (rpg) we're the people with pens and paper who discuss the story going on and how our characters respond to things and role dice...not the people who dress up in costumes and pretend to be elves. I have nothing against them, people just tend to assume the two are the same. I'm a fan of almost all things sci-fi (no I don't speak Klingon), like many, I'm also a huge fan of Dr Who.

I've led a fairly difficult life as I suspect many here have. Much of it has been the result of mental disorders and my own internal issues. Top that off with Fibro and what appear to be lasting results from two traumatic brain injuries and that pretty much sums me up. Nothing is ever that simple of course, but anything else that needs to be said can come out in conversation or I'll be writing forever.

That said, I have been through a lot, and though I'm new I'm always willing to talk to anyone who needs to vent, needs a shoulder to cry on, and understanding ear....you get the idea.
