I  will go first.. "Come undone" by Duran Duran The song is about becoming your ideal self.. The lyrics don't try to tell you or insult you and tell you how to become your true self, they try to leave it up to the  Individual to interpret the lyrics to decide how to come undone..

...See more I talk to many people and alot of times they don't know what their doing on the planet and why do anything.. The oceans are dirty, we suffer from intolerable pain, people are finding themselves alone with billions of people walking around.  They hear that big corporations are polluting the environment  and meanwhile we are polluting the environment ourselves by accumulating trash and putting out toxins just to go to work. Politicians are letting down everybody because they realize they can't help everybody so many are left out of the goody bag..  With so many problems how do you find meaning and purpose? The fact is life is what you try to make it. No one has all the answers you seek... To find purpose start dreaming of better more meaningful things like the "American Dream." As long as your on the earth you might as well make the best of it. Religion can help. Distractions help. Recreation helps. Finding love helps. How do you find purpose when the cards are stacked against you? How do you find motivation when you are struggling to find your purpose,  your destiny,  a reason just to get up in the morning?

...See more Character Strengths are defined as positive personality traits that drive a characters choices and actions... Practicing your character Strengths are easy and come natural to a individual,  but what about your lesser strengths? As a individual it is up to oneself to decide how you wish to be, but if you seek a more balanced lifestyle you should also practice on your lesser Strengths as well.. this gives you the option to be more versatile in life. Practicing your lesser Strengths don't come natural,  it has to be a deliberate action on your part. If people don't like your character Strengths because for instance your character Strengths are kindness and love. A person who's trait are humor and bravery will see you as weak hearted.  But if you practiced these trait you would be able to develop a better bond with the individual.. So do you believe it is beneficial to work on lesser character strengths to be a more balanced person or do you think you should stick to your main character strengths and stay in a more comfortable role? What are your thoughts about growing character strengths?

There are many treatments out there,  options, and people to meet and discover.  Please don't lock yourself up and isolate... find you destiny, search your dreams.. dare to be different.. 🌟
