Hello!  I'm a wife, mom of 2 amazing kids and in my early 40s.

My very first memories are full of fear. 

I suffer with major depressive disorder,  generalized anxiety disorder, ptsd, adhd and I'm a drug addict who relapses consistently since age 17.

I have had only small periods of joy.  Depression meds don't seem to work on me.  I've tried so many.  

I'm practicing self love and acceptance.

I'm an empath and very intuitive.  So that shakes everything up anytime I leave the house, which lately I barely do.
