...See more I have been chronically depressed since childhood. Nothing has really helped me- therapists, psychologists, psychiatrist, various meds, an eight week CBT course - each helps for a short time and then I relapse. I am 68 now so I have been depressed about 60 years. My friends and family do not want to hear about my depression so I cannot talk about it with them. I am at a loss to see how I am ever going to feel happy.
