...See more Hi! In one of my sessions with a doctor, he asked about my personality. And I've come to realize that I've never ever tought of this. What part is me? What part is the condition? I was diagnosed with mood disorder bipolar type 2 and ADHD at a very young age (14 yo). And now at 24 I've come to realize that I don't know who I am. I just know that my life is a constant roller-coaster, and I have no idea how I am gonna feel tomorrow. But I am (or was..) ok with that. But now.. I kinda want to know it. Who am I without all the conditions and medicines? Has anyone felt like that? Any ideas of how to find myself? Thx for reading this giant text xD
