...See more Hello, I am looking for a long term listener that has experience with anxiety, panic attacks, self harm and overall experience with slight depression and not wanting to take care of themselves. Things have been really stressful recently and I really am looking for a longer term listener that doesn't mind live chats but also doesn't mind to just get sent the occasional rant or long message and be able to respond in the time they have available. I still occasionally struggle with panic attacks and sometimes self harm, so someone that can calm others down easily would be really appreciated. Thanks so much.
