Hello! It's wonderful to have you visit my profile.

I'm here to lend you a listening ear whenever you need it. Before we begin, please take a moment to review what I can offer and what I cannot:

* Active listening does not involve providing counseling or advice. However, I'm here to attentively listen to you without judgment and facilitate our conversation.

I'm available to support you through any experiences you may be going through, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or simply in need of someone to talk to.

As a Christian, I'm open to joining you in prayer if that's something you're interested in. Just let me know!

I prefer not to delve into discussions related to addiction or sexual issues.

* I don't take casual chats. And I prefer not to share personal details. I count on your understanding.

Remember, you are not alone in facing your challenges! ♥

Rediscovering Ourselves: A Journey Through Endurance
Gateway to Growth Paths / by AmyPondd

...See more In the journey of life, we often encounter moments when the limits of our endurance are pushed to their extreme. These moments can leave us feeling disoriented and ungrounded, as if we've lost our footing. It's during these times that it becomes crucial to embark on a path of self-discovery. We need to reconnect with our core—the essence of who we are. This core holds our values, our passions, and our intrinsic motivations. Finding ourselves again requires introspection and honesty. It involves acknowledging our vulnerabilities and embracing the journey of self-improvement. Our core is the foundation upon which our resilience is built, and revisiting it helps us regain stability. Alongside this process, hope plays a vital role. Hope is the beacon that guides us through dark times, providing the motivation to move forward even when the path is unclear. Sometimes, this journey also demands a reevaluation of our beliefs. Our beliefs shape our perception of the world and our place in it. When circumstances challenge these beliefs, we must have the courage to question and, if necessary, adjust them. This doesn't mean abandoning our principles but rather refining them to better align with our evolved understanding. Ultimately, the expansion of our endurance limits can lead to profound personal growth. By finding our core, nurturing our hope, and reassessing our beliefs, we emerge stronger and more resilient. This journey, though challenging, is essential for developing a deeper, more authentic connection with ourselves and the world around us. How do you reconnect with your core during challenging times?

...See more "For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. [https://biblia.bg/index.php?k=1&g=1&s=3]"  2 Cor 4:6 In His mercy, God sends us His light to combat darkness. He guides us daily in overcoming it. If we've been distant from His spirit for a long time, we may have lost our good habits and strength, but it's never too late to return. The light of the knowledge of God's glory in the face of Jesus Christ is our immense power to fight darkness.  By developing good habits every day—communicating with God and His children, reading His word, and following His wisdom—we can replace harmful habits. Helping others and sharing His life with them will bless them as well.  Let's unite in fighting darkness together.
Adjusting to the Lord’s Plan

...See more While following God may involve change or, at times, even loss, we can trust Him for a just reward. Our heavenly Father’s plans are based on His goodness, justice, and mercy. Because of His perfect character, we can trust the direction He gives us. Adjusting to God’s design—accepting His will and making needed changes in our circumstances and relationships—is always the wisest action to take (Proverbs 3:5-6 [https://www.intouchuk.org/read/daily-devotions#]). 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. /In Touch Ministries/
God Comforts Us

...See more Distractions offer only temporary relief from pain; in contrast, our heavenly Father promises healing. In times of distress, we can fall into the habit of turning to God as a last resort. Food, relationships, careers, technology, and entertainment—these and other forms of escapism allure us with the false promise of relief. But whether we indulge in sweets, mindless scrolling on social media, or pointless busyness, we’ll always find ourselves empty and drained afterward. Worse still, the problem that sent us running is still there when we get back. Reaching for God instead of our distractions requires the pain of being present in our distress—fully aware of our deep need, seeking a heavenly solution instead of the pleasures and diversions of this world. In our reading today, God reminds the children of Israel that even in the messy, painful space between promise and fulfillment, He never begins something that He doesn’t complete. In Israel’s struggle to become a nation after years of suffering and exile, God never left them. Instead, Israel experienced His deliverance in abundant and diverse ways. Since we are children of God, Israel’s promised deliverance is extended to us—it’s an invitation to turn to Him with full confidence that we will be comforted. We are assured that “He who began a good work among [us] will complete it” and see us through to the end ( [https://www.intouchuk.org/read/daily-devotions#]Philippians 1:6 [https://www.intouchuk.org/read/daily-devotions#]). /In Touch Ministries/
Dealing with pain

...See more "How much immediate or long-term relief do you get from your tendency to escape, avoid, or get rid of the pain?" This hit me hard when reading the Acceptance & Commitment Therapy [https://www.7cups.com/act-therapy-techniques/] guide.  I feel not only entangled in my pain. I am drowning. I have had so many issues over the past years. With many of them, I am feeling as if I am alone. The last months were excruciating. Yet, I want to stop the tendency of giving so much attention to my demons. I want to focus on the good things. On the right good things, which will give me this time the correct way to cope with my pain. Is there someone on the same path? Would you like to share directions? Ways to deal with pain and self-acceptance?
Here is an encouraging word for everyone
