i myself struggle with self harm, depression, schizoaffective disorder, binge eating disorder, suicidal thoughts/tendencies, sleeping disorders (insomnia, frequent nightmares, etc) and anxiety. i am a victim of sexual assualt, i have been hospitalized and in therapy, and i have been struggling with mental disorders/self harm since i was 11 years old. i am also apart of the LGBTQ+ community and have a girlfriend. 
i became a listener because i am extremely passionate about helping others and making sure everyone knows that they are special, worthy, and beautiful and if there is one thing im confident about, its my words, i know i can help you ☻
