...See more Hey, so I've had depression for years, but over the last couple years its gotten pretty bad. I went to my doc and got some meds that were supposed to work for both anxiety and depression, but it only works for the anxiety. The meds were even upped but they made no difference except with the anxiety. I can't afford the money to do therapy and have tried exercise, eating better, etc. Has anyone else had depression that just doesn't go away? Im getting tired of this and just want to feel normal again, although I'm not sure I'd recognize it if I did.
