Unsure If I Have Anxiety

...See more I haven't been diagnosed with Anxiety but I feel like I have it. I have read the symptoms and I match up to some of them. Every time I'm in public or around new people I get really nervous, my heart beat increases, I feel like everyone is watching and judging me, and my hands start to sweat. One time I was in a quiet shop, there were a few girls in there and I automatically started comparing myself to them, for they were so much prettier than me. I then started to get really nervous and felt like they were judging me. My heart beat increased, I started sweating, I got really hot and I felt like I was going to cry. I don't know if its just because I'm incredibly self conscious or what? please help!
