June 23rd - Let It Go Day!

Let It Go Day is described "the perfect occasion to stop wasting your energy on negative feelings from the past and instead focus on building yourself a positive future.".

Today is a day to try to bravely take steps needed to move forward in positive ways.

In order to let go, you may find it helpful to...

→ Identify what or who may be holding you back.
→ Be mindful of your resulting emotions and then do something to relieve the tension (such as deep breathing, a hobby or exercise).
→ Reaffirm that you are doing the best that you can and give yourself plenty of positive self-talk.
→ Take time for yourself on a regular basis, especially once you notice the pressure building.
→ Lean on support to relieve the emotional tension, and/or remove the source.

Thanks for posting all of this, Jazz! This was the first ever discussion that I lead, so now I'm feeling hopelessly nostalgic :)
