Hey there guys! i see many people on this forum asking for Self Harm distractions, and i think that's awesome. So I made a compilation of self harm alternatives after perusing this forum, looking for threads related to this ( cause not all alternatives are made equally, everyone had different preferences after all) so anyways ive also included a few site that i found cool for self harm distractions... enjoy!!

I couldn't message you, but I thought I'd share it. I bought some adult coloring books and use them as a distraction. They actually do pretty well :)
